Prior to the early 2000s, Malaysian prime minister has initiated a series of significant infrastructure projects, notably the Petronas Twin Tower, Kuala Lumpur City Center (KLCC), and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). These projects have contributed to a significant increase in the country's construction sector and have successfully elevated Malaysia's GDP to the forefront of its neighbouring countries. During that period, SP.ace proprietor (SP.ace) was employed as a procurement agent for a civil engineering firm. It was then that SP.ace spotted a market opportunity for aluminium building products, specifically the decorative ceilings that adorned Malaysia's Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), which extends over 10,000 square meters.

Additionally, in the late 2000s, an increasing number of designers
have shifted their focus to the incorporation of aluminium elements
into their building designs, resulting in a competitive environment
among Malaysian designers and producing exceptional aesthetic for
their building designs. Consequently, SP.ace,
with a youthful spirit of courage, reached out to a plethora of potential
investors to launch its business and hired a team of three to five
competent employees to establish its career.
Today, SP.ace Products Sdn Bhd is one
of the prominent manufacturers of Aluminium strip ceilings, louvers,
and facade screening. The company is recognized for its expedient
service and exceptional delivery to its customers.
The buildings are equipped with external facades that serve as decorative
screening, including trellis, mesh, and louvers, as well as internal
ceilings that offer an aesthetic appearance, such as aluminium ceilings.
These products were manufactured using our exclusively patented
machinery and provided to contractors for assembly.
