Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative duties including preparing Sales Order, Quotation, Delivery Chit, Invoice etc.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence with clients and suppliers.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Assist in procurement paperwork and follow-up with suppliers
  • Maintain proper records of company documents and project files
  • Work harmoniously with Sales/Marketing department
  • Support management and other departments as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic office software
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask
  • Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
  • Most importantly, you are trainable.
