Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties including preparing Sales Order, Quotation, Delivery Chit, Invoice etc.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence with clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Assist in procurement paperwork and follow-up with suppliers
- Maintain proper records of company documents and project files
- Work harmoniously with Sales/Marketing department
- Support management and other departments as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic office software
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
- Most importantly, you are trainable.
